Go green!

Education-Ireland-Virtual-Events

Go green to win a scholarship!

Every year, hundreds of landmarks and buildings from Sydney to San Francisco turn green to celebrate Ireland’s National Day. At a time when students cannot travel, we want to shine a green light in as many Universities around the world as possible, giving students a sense of hope and connection to Ireland and each other.

This year, we're inviting friends of Education in Ireland to join in the fun. You can take part in the annual Global Greening Campaign by going green to bring Ireland to life on your campus or online. And for 12 lucky students, it could lead to a Summer School Scholarship or a Study Abroad Scholarship! We look forward to welcoming them and many others to Ireland.

Going green is easy

With your support we aim is to bring positivity and hope to students around the world and remind them what a great place Ireland is to study and visit.

We’d love you to join us and go green. All you have to do is arrange for your University, a campus building, an online lecture or an event to go ‘Green’. A greening can be anything - from lights to clothes, hats, virtual backgrounds, paint, and hairspray - the only limitation is your imagination and that of your students.
